Our Mission
The Children’s Ministry of First Baptist Church of King serves children from birth through 5th grade. Our mission is to see each child make a decision to follow Jesus Christ and after that, to help them grow in their spiritual walk.
Building A Strong Spiritual Foundation
We offer many activities for children of all ages that develop various aspects of their Christian walk such as prayer, worship, discipleship, fellowship, Bible memorization and daily application. It is our desire that children will want to come to church, so we make it a point to have activities that are age appropriate and fun, yet still Biblically sound.
Child Check-In
For every child’s safety and for parents’ peace of mind, we have a check-in system each time your child arrives at the children’s area on Sundays. It only takes a few moments and allows us to get to know your child and how to contact you.
Trained Staff & Volunteers
Our team undergoes background reviews and training of our values and standards for our children’s ministry. Our team is dedicated to nurturing and caring for your child in the likeness and spirit of Jesus.
